Attention for Public Safety
The municipality of Kefaraya extends its thanks and praise to God Almighty for the blessing of rain, praying that it will be a source of goodness and abundance, benefiting our lands and crops, and that He will protect all the people of our town from all harm. In this context, and in the interest of public safety, The municipality urges the young people and residents of the town not to leave their homes except in cases of extreme necessity, and to adhere to safety guidelines, in order to avoid any risks that may result from the prevailing weather conditions. The municipality also confirms that it has taken the necessary measures and reopened the roads to ensure the safety of citizens and serve the residents of the town. May God protect Kfaraya and its people, and may these days be days of goodness and peace for all.

Digitization of the town’s properties
The Municipality of Kefraya announces the completion of the first phase of the mechanization (digital mapping) project of the town’s properties, through which all properties were identified and accurately linked to high-resolution satellite images, contributing to the organization and updating of cadastral and property data. The Municipality of Kefraya also addresses the respected residents of the town—especially those wishing to sell their land—urging them to give priority in selling to residents of the town and to avoid rushing into selling or relinquishing their properties, in order to preserve the town’s identity and rural character, particularly since its people form one cohesive social fabric bound by family and kinship ties. This appeal comes in light of a noticeable increase in recent property sales belonging to residents of the town.

Sewer cleaning and unblocking
The Municipality of Kefraya informs the respected citizens that it has brought in a specialized machine for opening and cleaning sewer lines, in order to treat a number of blocked sewage channels caused by the accumulation of waste and sediments, in the interest of public safety and environmental health. The municipality also calls on residents to cooperate and refrain from disposing of waste into the sewer system, to ensure its continued proper functioning and to prevent recurring blockages.

Announcement Issued by the Municipality of Kefraya The Municipality of Kefraya informs the respected citizens who have failed to pay the municipal property taxes (Musafafat) related to their properties that the late payment penalty is now in effect and will be added to the outstanding amounts due. Accordingly, the municipality calls on all concerned individuals to promptly visit the municipal building to settle the overdue fees, in order to avoid any additional charges that may be incurred later. The municipality also informs you that Mr. Ali Namour Saleh will be conducting visits to those who have not yet made their payments, and kindly asks everyone to extend full cooperation with him. Receiving citizens applications
Announcement Issued by the Municipality of Kefraya The Municipality of Kefraya announces that it is accepting applications from citizens related to the construction or renovation of retaining walls adjacent to their properties, provided that the wall length does not exceed 30 meters. Citizens are kindly requested to submit a complete application file to the municipality during official working hours, ensuring that all required documents are provided. Note: The property ownership certificate can be obtained from OMT centers. Required Documents: Property ownership certificate for the property. A clear photo of the retaining wall or the site where work is to be carried out. A clear map showing the property and its surroundings.
